Synergis Dynamics was founded on a simple frustration: too many consultants advise on operations they have never actually run. We have spent two decades inside businesses, managing projects, restructuring processes, building performance frameworks, and leading teams through operational change across two continents.

His background spans business analysis, technical project management, business process management, and business intelligence, giving him an end-to-end view of how operations actually function, and where they break. He brings the same analytical rigour to intelligent automation: designing AI solutions and automated workflows that are grounded in operational reality, not technology for its own sake.
At Synergis Dynamics, Mohsen leads on service delivery architecture, operational design, intelligent automation implementation, and the structured frameworks that underpin every engagement.
