Synergis Dynamics FZE LLC was not built in a boardroom. It was built from two decades of real operational experience, one co-founder who spent 10+ years in Dubai and the UAE building businesses and leading growth across global markets, and one who spent 10+ years driving operational performance across 400+ projects in the European Union. Between us, we have seen what works, what gets ignored, and where the real gaps are.

We started this firm because we kept seeing the same problem: UAE businesses paying Tier-1 rates for work delivered by junior consultants following templates, or turning to freelancers with no structure, no accountability, and no lasting output. Neither option served the client. We built a third option.

Every engagement includes 30 days of post-delivery support at no additional cost. If something needs clarification, adjustment, or follow-through, we are available. The engagement does not end at handover.

Mohsen Kia spent over a decade in senior operational management roles across major European organisations, leading a Quality Management team responsible for 400+ projects across the European Union, with full accountability across Business Analysis, Technical Project Management, Operational Performance, Business Process Management, and Business Intelligence.

His background is not theoretical. Across these roles he has run the procurement process, governed the SLAs, redesigned the workflows, and built the dashboards. He has managed multi-million euro P&L lines, led cross-functional teams, and delivered projects from initiation through commissioning in complex, regulated environments.

Now based in the UAE, he brings that depth of experience to the GCC market: not as methodology applied from a distance, but as a practitioner who has operated at the same level his clients need improved.
